Shipping Costs

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, when available.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number. In some cases, tracking may take a few business days to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Million Dollar Prime is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other factors beyond our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building management. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Million Dollar Prime is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@milliondollarprime.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review your request and determine your eligibility for a replacement according to our Return & Refund Policy.
